Some like headphones while others listen to the wind, some study their data and others just run free… Running in a very personal thing. You choose, there is no wrong answer as long as you get up and run.

If you don’t like running alone then one option is to join a running club. Some find it a good way to stay motivated, benefiting from the experiences and advice of others.  For those people we have put together a list of local running clubs.

We of course have the Ross Elliott CV10k Running Club sessions that start on the 2nd May, 6.45pm. Meet Ross, and no doubt some committee member on green outside Ring Of Bells, Hinton Blewett. See our Facebook page for updates.

If you are aware of other clubs that should be on this list then let us know.
